last minute
in the last two days I’ve read 1300 lines of Renaissance poetry making painstaking reading notes, 110 pages of A Rage in Harlem, and done research for a paper on the Cold War/Stalin.
How come I feel so underprepared for it to be Monday tomorrow?

beginning to do research for a paper
is actually so much worse than the paper itself. Hence the reason I have just posted a thousand (or ten) things. Because I no longer want to sift through books on the Cold War and it’s relation to the Civil Rights movement in the USA.
I also don’t want to have to spend all day tomorrow working on this shit, so we’ll see what happens.

lazy lazy day
ventured downtown with Matt for a decent mug of coffee and some new videogames for the boy. came home with super greasy food which was so delicious. the coffee was good too. butter pecan - even the words sound good together.
In a totally unrelated subject, I need to start going to the gym. If only the Athletics Complex at my school didn’t petrify me so much. Must. Break. Lazy. Cycle. UGH!
